Following a strong demand from interior designers, we produced a grey, driftwood effect sun-bleached floor using a 300 year old antique oak. The finished product ticked all the tonal, aesthetic and textural boxes, so much so that we went on to manufacture a classic Parquet de Versailles panel in this method, which we named ‘Franklin’.
The stunning visual impact of Franklin panels when on display, led to them being chosen by our client for her residential renovation in Devon. It took no more than a week for our craftsmen to be on site to discuss the project with her and her project managers. We swiftly learned their aesthetic design requirements, timescales and plans. Next we introduced them to our local approved installers who were able to quote for fitting the floor panels, installing matching borders and cladding for stair treads, risers and profiled nosings.
Once production of the bench-made, hand finished Franklin panels was underway an appointment was made for the home owner to visit our manufacturing facility in Cheshire. The client then viewed and approved the first panels to ensure she was completely satisfied prior to full production.
Several weeks after the installation was complete, we were happy to receive an appreciative phone call from the client who expressed her gratitude and delight with the outstanding level of service she experienced.
