Residential delivery
Standard residential deliveries are kerbside only. A white glove service is available for an additional fee and can be arranged through our retail partners or our team.
UK commercial delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days and is free on orders over £750. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm, subject to stock and delivery charges. Woodworks handmade floors are made to order and require 2–4 weeks.
International delivery
All our floors and wall cladding are available for international delivery by air or sea freight, either door-to-door or UK-to-port. Contact our team for timescales and costs for your destination.
Returns
Unopened packs may be returned subject to a 25% restocking charge of the amount returned, or a minimum of £100 per order, plus carriage. Woodworks and bespoke orders cannot be returned unless damaged.
Samples
Samples are delivered free of charge, straight to your door. Order samples from any floor page or through our order page.
