UK Delivery

We deliver flooring, samples and accessories across the UK, with options available for commercial project timelines and stocked product orders.

International Delivery

All our floors and wall cladding are available for international delivery. We offer door-to-door or UK-to-local-port service by air or sea freight, with documentation provided for the local jurisdiction.

Returns

If you find you have ordered a little too much for your project, you can return any unopened packs to us.

In the very rare case that your flooring arrives damaged, get in touch with one of our team, who will be only too happy to help.

Next Day Delivery is valid on orders made before 2pm, subject to delivery charge and stock levels at the time of your order.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge of the amount returned, or a minimum of GBP 100 per order, plus carriage. Woodworks and bespoke orders cannot be returned unless damaged.

Please note all orders are kerbside delivery only. Labour must be available to unload goods at site or customer address.
