Heavy-duty builders’ paper designed to provide temporary protection and a barrier against draughts and damp beneath floors installed using the secret nailing method. One side is coated with polythene for added waterproofing, while the bitumen adhesive within the paper seals around fixing nails to help prevent moisture ingress.
