About Calico
Calico 220mm Extra Wide Plank combines the pale warmth of European oak with a substantial 20mm engineered construction. Its generous proportions create a composed, flowing surface, allowing the timber’s grain and natural tonal movement to shape the room. Light brushing adds definition across each board, while Hardened Oil provides a soft sheen and durable protection. Micro-bevelled edges subtly frame the wide planks. Calico is suitable for wall cladding and maintained with Care System 3.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.

2 Ply Engineered
An engineered construction consisting of 2 robust hardwood layers, the top layer and the base layer, creating a100% hardwood build. Available in a range of thicknesses, including our 20mm floors.
