Wood species
About Almond
Almond Plank is a warm, light-brown European oak floor with an inviting natural character. The 150mm boards create a classic linear look, enhanced by visible grain, knots, sapwood and gentle colour variation. Each lightly brushed board has a 14mm engineered construction with a 3mm wear layer. Hardened Oil gives the timber a subtle sheen with added wear and splash resistance. Almond is UKTR-certified, suitable for wall cladding and maintained with Care System 1.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Nature grade
Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Medium Brushed
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.

3 Layer Engineered
An engineered construction consisting of 3 layers, a hardwood top, and softwood core and base layer. The core is laid perpendicular to the top, while the base further stabilises the board for added strength and durability.
