About Arundel
Arundel Narrow Herringbone combines a defined geometric pattern with the depth and variation of time-worn oak. The 90mm x 540mm blocks are sawn, brushed and carbonised, creating smoky colour, pronounced texture and distinctive character across the floor. Crafted from character-grade European oak, each block features natural knots, varied tone and distressed edges. The 20mm engineered construction has a 4mm wear layer and a protective Hardened Oil finish. Arundel Herringbone is UKTR-certified, suitable for underfloor heating and wall cladding, and should be maintained with Care System 1.

Engineered for strength, stability and enduring beauty
- 01
European Oak
Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.
- 02
Character grade
Utilises the broadest selection of wood’s natural features for a rustic look, including large knots, small checks and cracks across growth rings. Unlimited sap and split details with wide colour variation.
- 03
Hit & Miss Texture
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.
- 04
2 Ply Engineered - 100% Hardwood
Multi-ply engineered core delivers stability across temperature and humidity changes — suitable above underfloor heating.
- 05
UKTR Compliant
All our timbers are sourced in compliance with UK legislation and laws of its country of origin, meaning every tree can be traced back.
- 06
30 year warranty
Backed by our 30 year structural warranty when installed and maintained to Ted Todd specification.
