About Brampton
Brampton Extra Wide Plank uses generous 220mm European oak boards to give every knot, grain pattern and tonal shift more room to be seen. The warm, medium oak colour feels grounded and natural, while lengths of up to 2.4 metres create an expansive surface with fewer joins. Crafted in a 20mm 2-ply engineered construction with a 6mm wear layer, each board is lightly brushed and protected with Hardened Oil. Micro-bevelled edges add subtle definition throughout this PEFC-certified floor.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Traditionally planed and fine sanded to create a flat, even surface. The result is a clean, polished appearance that focuses on the grain pattern and wood tones.
