About Haling
Haling is a light European oak floor with soft, neutral tones and the clean, consistent character of prime-grade timber. The 190mm wide planks feature refined grain detail and minimal knots, creating a calm foundation for contemporary interiors. Each board is brushed to reveal the natural texture of the oak and finished with Absolute Matt® Lacquer. Its low-sheen appearance keeps the wood looking understated, with durable stain resistance for everyday living. Haling has a 14mm three-layer engineered construction, a 3mm wear layer and lengths up to 1.9 metres. It is FSC®-certified and should be maintained with Care System 1.

European Oak
Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Prime grade
Minimal natural features, showing a limited amount of small knots and black pin knots, with occasional lighter sapwood to the edges. Wider formats tend to show more features than narrow designs.

Medium Brushed
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.

3 Layer Engineered
An engineered construction consisting of 3 layers, a hardwood top, and softwood core and base layer. The core is laid perpendicular to the top, while the base further stabilises the board for added strength and durability.
