About Ryhill
Ryhill Extra Wide Plank gives the distinctive fumed and limed character of European oak greater presence. The generous 260mm boards reveal flowing grain, warm blonde tones and softly contrasting pale detail, creating a spacious floor with natural depth. Each board reaches up to 2.2 metres in length and displays the knots and colour variation of nature-grade timber. Its 15mm engineered construction includes a substantial 4mm wear layer, while Hardened Oil protects the brushed surface with a refined, low sheen. Ryhill Extra Wide Plank is UKTR-compliant, suitable for wall cladding and maintained with Care System 1.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Nature grade
Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Medium Brushed
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.

3 Layer Engineered
An engineered construction consisting of 3 layers, a hardwood top, and softwood core and base layer. The core is laid perpendicular to the top, while the base further stabilises the board for added strength and durability.
