About Selborne
Selborne Plank has a clean, natural oak tone with the quiet consistency of prime-grade European oak. The 180mm boards feature minimal knots, sapwood and colour variation, creating a refined foundation for contemporary and classic interiors. Lightly brushed to reveal the grain, each plank is finished with Super Matt Lacquer for the appearance of oiled timber with durable, low-maintenance protection. Selborne has a 20mm engineered construction, 6mm wear layer and lengths up to 2.4 metres. It is FSC®-certified and maintained with Care System 1.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Minimal natural features, showing a limited amount of small knots and black pin knots, with occasional lighter sapwood to the edges. Wider formats tend to show more features than narrow designs.
