Washed grey oak made for floors, stairs and seating Waresley’s washed-grey extra-wide planks suit the development’s classic contemporary interiors. Matching stair treads and bench seats continue the same timber across its bespoke details. Ted Todd supplied Waresley Extra Wide Plank and produced matching stair treads and bench seats as one coordinated package. Completing the timber elements off-site supported a smooth installation and allowed the development to be delivered on time and to specification.

With many of the apartments and town houses listed at more than £1m, the flooring was always a really important part of the project – from initial kerb appeal to prospective buyers to the promise of years of character-packed, hard-wearing pleasure.
To this end, our washed-grey Waresley floor works perfectly with the interiors’ classic contemporary feel. We also produced matching bench seats and stair treads – crafting the complete package off-site enabled a smooth delivery of the project on time and to specification.

Waresley is a washed-grey extra-wide plank from the Crafted Textures collection. Its 20mm, 2-ply engineered construction uses nature-grade European oak, displaying natural knots, grain and tonal variation across generous board proportions.
