About Husk
Husk flies the flag for originality. Choose from four variations including wide and extra wide planks as well as herringbone blocks and chevron. With a mid-brown tone, dark grain details, characterful knots and an undulating surface, Husk works in both traditional and contemporary settings. Husk is engineered using nature grade FSC®-certified European oak which has a broad range of natural characteristics, such as knots, sap and colour variation. The 190mm wide planks are 15mm thick with a 4mm wear layer while the extra wide 220mm planks are 20mm thick with a 6mm wear layer. The narrow herringbone is 90mm wide and 450mm long. We’ve brushed the wood to subtly highlight the grain detail and softened the edges which help deliver the undulating feel of this floor. Husk has a hardened oil finish that combines a natural look with a subtle sheen. This oil-based finish has an outer layer that is hardened to give extra wear and splash resistance making it easy to maintain. All 15mm Husk planks and parquet can also be used as wall cladding.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Nature grade
Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Undulating Texture
Crafted with a gentle irregular surface and rounded 'pillow' edges, adding natural movement across the floor. Inspired by antique wood, the undulating surface celebrates the character developed through age.

3 Layer Engineered
An engineered construction consisting of 3 layers, a hardwood top, and softwood core and base layer. The core is laid perpendicular to the top, while the base further stabilises the board for added strength and durability.
