About Neckar
Neckar is a double-fumed unfinished European oak herringbone, bringing rich brown tones and natural depth to the classic herringbone pattern. The fuming penetrates through the wear layer, so the colour remains consistent through sanding and refinishing. Made from nature grade oak, each 500 x 100 x 20mm block features natural knots, sap and tonal variation. Carefully sanded for a smooth, consistent surface, the 20mm construction allows for repeated sanding and refinishing. FSC® certified and suitable for underfloor heating. Choose from our custom finishes to achieve your preferred colour, gloss level and durability. Not suitable for wall cladding.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Traditionally planed and fine sanded to create a flat, even surface. The result is a clean, polished appearance that focuses on the grain pattern and wood tones.
