About Sandbank
Sandbank Chevron pairs warm light-brown oak with the architectural direction of a 30-degree chevron floor. The 127mm x 508mm pieces form crisp, continuous lines, softened by the natural grain and individual markings of nature-grade European oak. Each piece is lightly brushed, micro-bevelled and protected with Hardened Oil. Its 15mm three-layer engineered construction includes a 3mm wear layer for lasting stability. Sandbank Chevron is UKTR-compliant, suitable for underfloor heating and wall cladding, and maintained with Care System 1.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Medium Brushed
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.

An engineered construction consisting of 3 layers; a hardwood top, core and base. Each crafted in 100% oak making it one of our most robust constructions available.
