About Sherwood
Sherwood Extra Wide Plank gives the expressive character of European oak greater presence across generous 220mm boards. Dark micro-bevelled edges frame each plank, bringing definition to the warm grain, natural knots and varied markings found throughout the timber. The 20mm 2-ply engineered construction features a substantial 6mm wear layer, supporting long-term performance and future refinishing. Each board is brushed and finished with Hardened Oil for a natural sheen and practical resistance to everyday wear. Sherwood is FSC®- and PEFC-certified, suitable for underfloor heating and maintained with Care System 1.

Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Traditionally planed and fine sanded to create a flat, even surface. The result is a clean, polished appearance that focuses on the grain pattern and wood tones.
