About Blackmuir
Blackmuir Wide Plank showcases the depth, tonal variation and flowing grain of American Black Walnut. The 190mm boards reach up to 1.86 metres in length, creating a rich, balanced surface with natural knots, sapwood and individual markings throughout. Each plank is smoothly sanded and supplied unfinished, allowing the final colour and protection to be selected for the project and applied after installation. Its 20mm 2-ply engineered construction includes a substantial 6mm wear layer and micro-bevelled edges. Blackmuir is UKTR-compliant and suitable for underfloor heating. The appropriate care system will depend on the finish applied. For a finished nature-grade alternative, explore Rivington; for a cleaner prime-grade appearance, choose unfinished Rockingham or hardwax-oiled Ingleton.
