About Liquorice
Liquorice Square uses 127mm x 127mm European oak blocks to create a distinctive modular floor with a bold, architectural character. Its rich brown tone gives the pattern depth, while nature-grade grain and individual markings introduce subtle variation between each square. The brushed surface is protected with Hardened Oil for a soft sheen and durable everyday performance. Liquorice Square has a 15mm three-layer engineered construction with a 3mm wear layer. It is suitable for underfloor heating and wall cladding and should be cared for using Care System 1.

Our most commonly used wood species due to its strength and durability. Sourced from cooler climates to encourage slower growth, meaning tighter growth with straight grain and unique knot structure.

Nature grade
Our most popular grade due to its natural look, celebrating organic features such as knots, irregular grain pattern and closed heartwood. Occasional lighter sapwood of up to 30% of the boards.

Medium Brushed
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain, adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks.

3 Ply Engineered
An engineered construction consisting of 3 layers; a hardwood top, core and base. Each crafted in 100% oak making it one of our most robust constructions available.
