Residence®: Crafted for a seamless surface
Seamless by design
Defined by a tailored appearance, our Residence® collection is purposefully configured to achieve a seamless look. The ten floors offer compatibility through a mineral colour palette, versatility by design, and quality through considered specification.
Exceptional quality
Constructed from prime grade timber, Residence® floors ensure exceptional quality and a clean, uniform appearance. Bevel-free edges, consistent colour and a large concentration of straight grain accentuate the seamless surface transitions.
Timeless modern luxury
Our revolutionary Absolute Matt Lacquer® offers a super-matt sheen with high levels of durability. Applied meticulously to the lightly brushed wood surface to subtly highlight the natural grain — modern luxury made to last.
Engineered for strength, stability and enduring beauty
- 01
Brushed texture
A lightly brushed surface raises the natural grain — adding tactile depth that feels as good underfoot as it looks underlight.
- 02
Multiple designs
Plank, herringbone and chevron formats are available across the range — giving you freedom to specify a consistent look across multiple rooms.
- 03
Prime grade
Each board is selected from prime-grade oak with minimal knots and a high concentration of straight grain, producing a clean, uniform surface.
- 04
Bevel-free edges
Boards are micro-bevelled then sanded flush so adjacent planks read as one continuous surface — no shadow lines, no visual breaks.
- 05
Absolute Matt® Lacquer
Our proprietary lacquer offers an ultra-matt sheen with the durability of a hard-wearing finish — ideal for high-traffic family environments.
- 06
30 year warranty
Every floor is backed by our 30 year structural warranty when installed and maintained to Ted Todd specification.
