The multi-award winning Indian Accent – known for revolutionising Indian cooking – has opened its doors in Mayfair to critical acclaim following the success of its New York and New Delhi restaurants.
We were approached by DesignLSM to supply a modern, pale parquet wood floor, which was to be paired with deep green velvet furnishings and intricate gilt fixtures.
They were looking for a prime wood floor with minimal features and a uniform appearance, and Melo from Superfine was specified. Melo is one of our super-prime, handmade planks, and DesignLSM commissioned a bespoke twist on them, turning them into 45 degree chevron blocks.
Melo is a 2-ply, 20mm wood floor with a subtle sand tone, and is hand finished with burnished hardwax oil at our Cheshire workshops. The result is stunningly elegant with a natural finish.
