Kings Cross Jarrah
This Rare Find has already been on a journey that has taken it across land and oceans, a journey that started hundreds of years ago in the forests of Western Australia.
Jarrah started being imported from the forests of Western Australia in 1887 when a shipment of Jarrah blocks were sent to London to be used as street pavement in place of cobblestones. At the same time, the area around Kings Cross was developing rapidly from its humble beginnings.
Jopas
Black wood floors have a trend-setting feel about them; they’re bold and adventurous and always provide a talking point. At near-black in colour, Jopas does just that.
Super Prime in grade, meaning only the most special boards have been selected to create such, this floor is reminiscent of the legendary bog oaks revered by discerning designers throughout the years.
Japelion
The look may be inspired by the old world, and connect you back to such, but this floor has been created with the best new wood our celebrated European forest can offer up.
Warming chocolate brown meets honey-tinted circling and straight grain patterns, making Japelion a more classic colour, which has enough edge to feel comfortable in contemporary projects too.
Inca
Using the exciting American Black Walnut we produced this prime-grade panel, adding a rich, opulent feel to interior schemes. The straight grain dominates large blocks and shapes to lead your eye across the floor, which works particularly elegantly in larger spaces and provides a punch to small spaces too.
Hornblende
Squared panels combine a silvery-black finish with a traditional design for a Woodworks by Ted Todd floor that’s striking and full of character. A modern twist on an age-old Japanese technique – Carbonised, including Hornblende, is based entirely on the traditional wood burning process that results in Yakisugi.
